‘Dirty Grandpa’ Red Band Trailer: Zac Efron, Robert De Niro Get Down and Dirty In Daytona Beach

Dirty Grandpa header
An uptight lawyer who is about to get married takes his recently widower grandpa on what he thought would be an average day on a golf course. What could possibly go wrong? A lot when you discover that the man who you thought was a well-respected old fashioned person turns out to be a foul mouthed curmudgeon who hasn’t had sex in 15 years. Such is the basis for the film Dirty Grandpa starring Zac Efron and Robert De Niro.
Lionsgate has just released the newest red band trailer for Dirty Grandpa which features all sorts of devious sex acts, troublemaking, drug use, and other explicit things that can be considered NSFW. So break out those headphones, and make sure no one is watching, because you can watch the latest red band trailer for the film below.

The trailer does have its moments, but for the most part, that is all it is, just moments that make you chuckle. As a whole it does nothing to get me interested in watching the film. Which is a bit sad considering the talent that is involved in the film. And De Niro doesn’t seem the least bit interested in having sex with Aubery Plaza’s character, no matter how hard she tries to seduce him.
Of course since the film debuts in the early parts of next year, it’s not completely surprising that it is being dumped in the time of the year where films like these are normally dumped.
Or maybe I am just not the right demographic for this film. Then again, I did find The Hangover films funny, so maybe the film is just not right for me. That being said, if you like what you see, then by all means go watch the film.
Also starring Zoey Deutch, Julianne Hough, Jason Mantzoukas, Danny Glover, Adam Pally, and Dermot MulroneyDirty Grandpahits theaters on January 22nd, 2016.
Here’s the official plot synopsis:
Right before his wedding, an uptight guy named Jason Kelly (Zac Efron) is tricked into driving his foul-mouthed, former Army general grandfather Dick (Robert De Niro) to Florida for spring break, and his fiance (Julianne Hough) is a little concerned abot it.
Aubrey Plaza (The To-Do List), Dermot Mulroney (My Best Friend’s Wedding), Zoey Deutch (Vampire Academy), Jason Mantzoukas (“The League”), Adam Pally (“The Mindy Project”) and Henry Zebrowski (The Wolf of Wall Street) co-star in Dirty Grandpa, which is directed by Dan Mazer (I Give It a Year) from a script by John Phillips.

The Human Centipede II Trailer Is the Most Revolting Film Preview Of All Time

Leader image for VIDEO: The Human Centipede II Trailer Is the Most Revolting Film Preview Of All Time
“There’s nothing to worry about,” a mental health professional explains in the latest trailer for The Human Centipede II as he attempts to comfort the mother of Martin, Tom Six’s latest deranged medical mastermind. Of course, there is always something to worry about when your protagonist is a squat sexual deviant who fantasizes about stitching 12 people together in the most nauseating fashion imaginable, and even more so when you know that audience members at last week’s premiere were so disgusted by the vile images before them that some vomited in the theater while others just passed out. So yes, you should worry, and if your stomach is strong enough, you should cautiously click through to watch the grossest movie trailer of all time.

It’s not exactly nauseating because of what is shown but because of what is implied via the images inside this 120 second Centipede sequel sneak peak. Blunt knives. An overweight loner (Laurence R. Harvey) who is bizarrely obsessed with Six’s first film The Human Centipede and determined to build his own 12-pede.

(The fact that he wears a lab coat while working as a parking garage attendant and lovingly fingers stills from the original film will not help his case in court.) A third party describing centipedes as phallic symbols. Dull knives, cleavers and a funnel. Bound and gagged future ‘pede members writhing in terror. Incision marks drawn in Sharpie. Screams.

Verdict: If you can barely make it through this two-minute promo without gagging (like me), you probably won’t be running to theaters on October 7 to see The Human Centipede II (Full Sequence) on opening day.

Cameron Diaz Don’t Need No Education In ‘Bad Teacher’ Red Band Trailer

From: http://blogs.indiewire.com/

From a distance, it might look like the summer of 2011 is going to be dominated by superheroes, but in fact, it’s a smash hit from two years ago that looks to be setting the agenda at the multiplexes. The colossal gross of “The Hangover” in 2009 revived the fading R-rated comedy genre, and between May and August this year, we won’t just see the sequel to that film, but a number of equally potty-mouthed comedies that hope to follow in its footsteps. In the space of only a few months, we’ve got “Bridesmaids,” “The Sitter,” “Friends With Benefits,” “Horrible Bosses,” “The Change-Up,” and “30 Minutes or Less.” all of which will be R-rated and proud, and jostling for a place at the marketplace.

One of the contenders that’s been flying relatively low on the radar to date is “Bad Teacher,” a Black Listed script from Gene Stupnitsky and Lee Eisenberg, writers of “The Office” and (whisper it) “Year One.” The film toplines Cameron Diaz, as a gold-digging teacher who sets her sights on the wealthy new substitute teacher (Justin Timberlake) who is the heir to a fortune and co-stars Jason Segal, rising star Lucy Punch, John Michael Higgins and “The Office” supporting player Phyllis Smith. It’s helmed by Jake Kasdan, veteran of TV work like “Freaks & Geeks,” as well as features “Orange County” and “Walk Hard,” among others.

Myspace, which apparently still exists, (via Empire) debuted the first look at the comedy overnight in the form of a red-band trailer, and you can watch it below. Having enjoyed the script, we were cautiously optimistic about this, but the trailer hasn’t made the film out to be a home-run quite yet. There are a few moments that raise a smile, certainly—Diaz looks to be on better form than she’s been in a while (for one thing, she has lines, and a purpose in the plot, so it’s an improvement on “The Green Hornet”), and the foul-mouthed, child-beating character seems reminiscent of the modern classic “Bad Santa” (indeed, part of us hopes it marks the start of a “Confessions of a…”-style franchise: “Bad Airline Pilot?” “Bad Surgeon?” “Bad Screenwriter?”).

But not all of the jokes land, by any means (can we please consign the ‘sexy carwash’ scene to the comedy dustbin?), and neither Stupnitsky and Eisenberg, who again, were behind the nearly unwatchable “Year One,” or Kasdan, who’s never fully followed up the promise of his precocious debut, the chronically underrated “Zero Effect,” have solid enough track records to make us feel on totally concrete ground here. We’ll find out which way it goes when the movie opens on June 17th, but for the moment, we’re still behind “Bridesmaids” as our sweary-lady-comedy pick of the summer.

Restricted Trailer For MacGruber!

By Katey Rich:
From: http://www.cinemablend.com/

Will the MacGruber movie be another in a long line of SNL-inspired flops, or will it be that rare Wayne's World to stand out from the pack? Nobody knows yet, and to be honest, the new restricted trailer doesn't answer too many questions. There's a handful of good jokes in there, and Will Forte has the hilarious MacGyver-esque swagger perfected, but it's easy to cut out all the good jokes in a movie and make it into a decent trailer.

But hey, I'm a skeptic. Watch the trailer below (along with new images from the film) or in HD on the MacGruber official site. Then check in and tell me if you also laughed when you learned the meaning of a "double decker." MacGruber comes out April 23.

Jude Law hits theaters soon as Dr. Watson opposite Robert Downey, Jr. in 'Sherlock Holmes.' But on April 2, 2010, Law's got something completely different in mind -- harvesting high-tech organs from deadbeat patients in the futuristic action-thriller 'Repo Men.' That's right, and we've got the gritty, blood-splattered restricted trailer to prove it. The only catch is, Law's character Remy awakens to find out he's the recipient of a top-of-the-line heart. When he can’t pay for it, his company sends his former partner Jake (Forest Whitaker), to hunt him down and collect. But wait there's more - check out the hot-off-the-presses 'Repo Men' poster below. Red-Band Trailer For 'Legion' is Intense

This is the red-band trailer for Legion, starring Paul Bettany, Charles S. Dutton (who has actually killed a man), Dennis Quaid, and Adrienne Palicki. It was directed by Scott Stewart, co-founder of the FX company The Orphanage, which has an amazingly solid track record. It opens looking pretty cool, but then it flashes the Screen Gems logo and I’m like, “Uh oh,” because most Screen Gems movie are old smelly ox cock. But if I’m honest, I have to admit I almost pissed myself in terror a couple times during this. Towards the end, an old lady comes in Roc’s restaurant and she’s all like, “Your baby’s gonna burn,” and everyone’s like, “What?” and then OH MY GOD SHE BIT THAT GUY ON THE NECK KILL IT WITH FIRE KILL IT WITH FIRE!!!

After God loses faith in humanity, the archangel Michael (Paul Bettany) is the only one standing between mankind and the apocalypse. He leads a group of strangers who must protect a woman who is pregnant with Christ in his second coming.

It’s post apocalyptic… because God hates you. Nice. I like the twist. And it’s been a long time since a trailer ripped my face off and effed the nostril hole like this one. Legion, rated P for pants sh*tting.

CRANK 2 IS CLASSY AND HIGH BROW

There’s a new red-band TV spot for Crank 2 out (apparently they have R-rated TV commercials in the U.K., I’m assuming late at night), and you can tell they’re targeting a really classy audience because the spot is literally 30 seconds of nudity and swearing edited together over WWE-entrance music. And for some reason, it has Bai Ling in it. I didn’t even know she acted. I thought she was a human hentai cartoon. Anyway, I plan on putting on my spats and taking the gents to see this one after brandy and cigars at the Harvard Club, I do.

Black Dynamite: Red Band Trailer

Pictures of Michael Jai White showed up on Splash this morning, which is as good a reason as any to bitch about something: how come this dude isn't a big star? He's awesome. He should at least be a Jason Statham/Jet Li level star. Luckily things seem to be picking up. He did a lot with a little in "Dark Knight", and now, as first reported on Film Drunk, his movie "Black Dynamite" has been picked up at Sundance by Sony. If you don’t know what "Black Dynamite" is (and be warned this trailer is NSFW due to language and awesome tits) it's a 70's black action movie starring Baltimore Colts All Star running back Feronte Jones, Ebony Fashion Fair model Tambullah Quatar, Little Tiny T, Junebug, Bo Willie Peeps and Caption Kangaroo. This movies got it all: karate, bitches, and oh baby, talk about action!
