Lomo-fy Your iPhone 3G With Brando's Telescope
Crapware supremo Brando has released a new must-have add-on for the iPhone: a telescope. The $20 plastic chunk will magnify the iPhone's already poor camera by 6x. As you can see from the picture, it comes with a clear plastic case, onto which is affixed the telescope, and at this price it might be worth buying for the case alone.
Looking at the sample images, below, you can see that the Apple iPhone 3G Mobile Phone Telescope might actually be kind of fun, as a novelty at least. The limited depth-of-field and extreme falloff of sharpness at the edges lend a kind of Lomo-esque surreality to the images. It would also, we presume, be ideal for taking nudie-celeb shots from afar, ready to be mailed in to your favorite trashy tabloid.

Wow, that's an incredibly garish add on to the iPhone, but you can't argue with the results. Although it's par for the course now a days, I've never really cared about a camera on my phone, as there are more important perks that drove my decision to get my iPhone.
