'Friday Night Lights' star and former scrub nurse Minka Kelly, 30, is Esquire Magazine's 'Sexiest Woman Alive.' In an interview with Esquire, Kelly says, "I'm confident in my skin, and I'm cool with my flaws and all that stuff."  We don't see any flaws, and we doubt lucky boyfriend Derek Jeter does either.  What do you guys think of Minka's steamy photo shoot?
