Marvel unleashes EPIC long-awaited Thor trailer!

Marvel Studios and Paramount Pictures just released the new teaser trailer for Thor—and it's epic!
The movie, directed by Kenneth Branagh, arrives in theaters on May 6, 2011, and stars Chris Hemsworth as the God of Thunder, Anthony Hopkins as his father Odin, Tom Hiddleston as Loki and Natalie Portman as Thor's human love interest, Jane Foster. Thor will be shown in converted 3-D, which we hope is done well, and 2-D in selected theaters (we just might go for that ourselves).
Fans who attended Comic-Con this past summer will notice that a lot of the footage is recycled from the six-minute presentation that Marvel gave at that event. But it still looks awesome! You'll see Thor getting thrown out of Asgard, Thor kicking a bunch of S.H.I.E.L.D. agents' butts, battles between the Asgardians and the Fr—never mind, just watch the thing!
Lots of people have been wondering if Marvel could actually pull off a Thor movie, but this trailer makes us feel really good about their chances. Do you like what you see?
