There are hundreds of thousands of allegedly haunted locations. There are some spooky places where the eerie atmosphere is creepy no matter what time of year you visit. If you go there around Halloween, believing ghost stories or that the place is haunted, you will surely be unnerved. Whether the hauntings are fact or fiction, people swear you will have thrills and chills after seeing smoky wisps or shadows from the corner of your eye. People say they hear ominous voices whispering from murky corners and that to visit after dark is a bone-rattling adventure of things that go bump in the night.
