Happy Birthday Hayden Panettiere!

Hayden Panettiere celebrates her 19th birthday today, August 21. Last year Hayden celebrated by registering to vote, making an appearance on The Late Show with David Letterman and throwing a big party. No word yet on how she plans to celebrate this year.
