Locusts invade town in Queensland, Australia

A swarm of locusts has invaded a town in Queensland, Australia, stripping much of the plantlife bare. Longreach residents said the insects started to appear last Thursday, and by the weekend had eaten most of the trees bald. The plague is said to be the biggest to hit the region in 30 years
